• Switch off the power: Always turn off the light and allow the bulbs and fitting to cool completely before cleaning.

• Protect the area below: Place a soft cloth or protective sheet underneath the chandelier to catch dust and prevent damage if anything is dropped.

• Dust regularly: Use a clean, soft microfibre cloth or a feather duster to gently remove loose dust from the crystals and frame. For intricate metal work you can use a dry makeup brush to get into the smaller more difficult areas.

• Clean crystals carefully: For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth or a white cotton glove and gently wipe/rub individual crystals. Avoid soaking the crystals or electrical components.
